@ 3:am Judge Lucy Billings issued a restraining order prohibiting the city and police from evicting the protesters from the Occupy Wall Street encampment.
City Council member Jumaane Williams just tweeted that his colleague on the council, Ydanis Rodriguez, was arrested this morning during the NYPD raid on Zuccotti Park.
